VENLUB NEROL PREMIUMseries are long-life semi-synthetic water-soluble metalworking fluid, suitable for a wide range of metal removal processes. These products are formulated with low oil content, high-performance extreme pressure additives, corrosion inhibitor packages, and biocides which prevent bacterial & fungal attack and provide long life, where conventional soluble oil may not deliver adequate performance. These products form a translucent micro-emulsion when mixed with water at the point of use.

This product is designed to offer very good rust protection along with better hard water stability, bio resistant, and high tramp oil separation.

VENLUB NEROL PREMIUM 405 is a high-performance semi-synthetic metalworking fluid, suitable for all moderate machining and grinding operations on all ferrous and its alloys. This product offers long sump life and is formulated based on moderate oil content and high-performance extreme pressure additives, corrosion inhibitor packages, and biocides which prevent bacterial & fungal attacks and provides long life as well as stable performance during the application.

VENLUB NEROL PREMIUM AL450is a high-performance, versatile, semi-synthetic metal working fluid with medium oil content and specially designed for Aluminum and its alloys machining and grinding operations. This product offers excellent surface finish during machining of aluminum and its alloys. This product can also be recommended to use on grey iron, cast iron and yellow metals.

VENLUB NEROL PREMIUM CA400 is a high performance semi synthetic metal working fluid with medium oil content. This product gives translucent micro emulsion and recommended for cast iron, ferrous, and some aluminum and nonferrous metal working operations. This product prevents leaching of elemental iron and oxidation of ferrous micro fines.

VENLUB NEROL PREMIUM HB911 is a heavy-duty, high oil content semi-synthetic metalworking fluid. This product has a novel emulsifier package along with other performance ingredients. It provides milky emulsions with excellent mechanical lubricity and cooling properties. This product offers stable, long sump life by preventing bacterial growth and eliminates hard water soap formation during service. Recommended for general machining and grinding of cast iron, grey iron, carbon steel, alloy steel where traditional soluble oil may not perform adequately.
