VENLUB VENFORM SDD SERIES are high-performance neat oil formulated to meet the severe deep-drawing operations like cold heading, back extrusion, bar drawing, and arduous cutting operations like fine blanking of sheets. The various viscosities and performance enhanced products are available to meet cold forming of tubes, cold forming of valves, very large reductions in seam-welded tubes, and high-speed drawing of rectangular sections. VENLUB VENFORM ALD180 is high performance neat forming oil developed for Aluminum and other suitable non-ferrous metals, formulated for use in slip drawing and non-slip drawing machines. This product is free from chlorine and sulfur and has a very good wetting agent which ensures clean drawing operations.
